Bio
Greg D. Hill is a sales veteran, leader, author, motivational speaker and master trainer. He began his sales career in 1986 and has earned many awards and accolades throughout his illustrious career. As an accomplished musician and songwriter, He has traveled extensively and joined the million-miler club.
In addition to his membership in the Aflac Pioneers Club, he was one of its original training coordinators, mentoring thousands of insurance agents, brokers, and managers over the years. He co-founded HH&B Insurance, an agency that grew to 18 offices in the Mid-Atlantic United States. He is a recognized expert in alternative risk management strategies and has created numerous strategies and programs used by thousands of businesses.
As founder of the Royal Rum Society™, he developed and facilitates the Certified Rummelier® program with graduates in over 40 countries. He has written numerous books and is an internationally respected authority on rum and sugar cane spirits.
He attended James Madison University and the University of Richmond. He graduated from the Rapport Leadership Institute and is an instructor at the Professional Development Institute at the University of Lynchburg in Virginia and at Forth Valley College in Scotland. He regularly contributes to Newsweek Magazine as a member of the Expert Forum. He resides in Midlothian, VA, with his wife, Liza, and children, Monroe and Marshal.
